Order Management

In your admin interface, you can manage all your orders, confirm them, request payments, manage fulfillments, and update order details. This guide will help you navigate these features, ensuring a smooth order handling process. Let's begin!

Order overview

When you open an order inside the platform, you will see the following sections:

  • Buyer info: contains the buyer's details, such as retailer name, contacts, and shipment and billing addresses.
  • Products: lists all products in the order, including their sizes, colors, and quantities; grouped by filfiment.
  • Order totals: show the total amount of the order, including the total in products, discount, and shipping costs, along with the payment history.
  • Timeline: displays the order's timeline, including all actions taken on the order, such as when it was created, confirmed, and paid.
  • Order details: Contains additional information about the order, including dates, price lists, notes, external ID information, and a link to download auto-generated files, such as Purchase Order (PO) files and a list of products for Shopify.
