Change the buyer of an order
If you need to reassign an order to the correct buyer or connect an order to a different store, follow these steps.
First, it is essential to know that you can only assign an order to connected buyers. If the buyer you are in touch with is already registered but isn't connected to your brand, you should ask them to go to your brand page and connect/accept the connection.
How do you reassign an order?
- Go to blancfashion.com and log in.
- On the main menu, choose Orders > Edit orders.
- Choose the order on the list. In the Buyer Info section, click on "Change buyer".
- You can search for the buyer you want to assign to.
