Change the buyer of an order
If you created an order for yourself and need to reassign it to the right buyer or if for example a buyer has placed an order with one account but needs it connected to another store, follow these steps.
First, knowing that you can only assign an order to connected buyers is important. If the buyer you are in touch with is already registered but isn't connected to your brand you should ask him to go to your brand page and connect/accept the connection.
How do you reassign an order?
- Go to blancfashion.com and log in.
- On the main menu choose Orders > Edit orders.
- Choose the order on the list.
- On the Buyer Info section click on "Change buyer".
- You can just search for the buyer you want to choose the one that needs to be assigned to.
